This program is especially aimed at people with an interest in personal growth, self-inquiry and conscious connection with oneself and with the people around them (partner, children, friends, professional environment).
The program is designed for those who do not have (extensive) experience in the themes and practices that we propose: meditation, body practices (yoga) and sharing circles.
It is also suitable at people with experience, who want to do the work, share and deepen.
Many practices are individually adaptable in intensity and practice level.
From personal experience, we especially address couples and friends where one of them has some previous experience and interest in introducing the other person to the different experiences and practices, in a smooth, caring and understanding way.
Without any doubt, if you want to come by yourself, we also provide the option to participate individually in a shared or individual room.
